The company mainly focuses on the design and manufacturing of castings for railway, automotive vehicles, and clean and efficient energy equipment, and has introduced domestically and internationally advanced automated casting production lines. The casting production line adopts ester hardened water glass sand molding, robot core placement, automatic box closing, electric arc furnace+LF refining furnace+hot charging plug rod melting and pouring, accumulation and suspension continuous heat treatment process, providing blanks and finished products. This production line is equipped with a complete set of online monitoring system and computer CAE application technology for the first time in China.
